WELCOME FROM HAYWOOD STREET:

UPDATES:

A great article, published to The Frederic News-Post this week. Click here to read!

We thank Tupelo Honey who brought all the Wednesday comfort with grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup, those famous Tupelo Honey biscuits and banana pudding.

Beautiful sounds filled the sanctuary this week. The Haywood Street Choir is growing and doing great things!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

1. May 2020 offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a weekend of fantastic music, from bluegrass to broadway, in support of Haywood Street! Friday, May 8th, the Steep Canyon Rangers hometown show @ Salvage Station benefits the Downtown Welcome Table; Saturday, May 9th, Imagine….Reprise! supports Fresco programming. Tickets for both events are going fast, so get yours today!

We’re trying to make it easier for anyone and everyone to learn about Haywood Street and to get involved in the ways that work best for all! Beginning Monday, February 3, all ‘Intro. to Haywood Street’ sessions will be held on the first Monday of each month at 5 PM. These are open to any and everyone, regardless of whether or not they wish to become a Companion. For those who attend the information session and then decide they would like to become a Companion, Hannah will coordinate with these folks one-on-one.

‘Companion Training Sessions’ will be held the third Saturday of even months to give practical tools to companions serving in our core ministries and/or to offer a makeup session for folks who were unable to attend a regularly scheduled information session.

COMPANION CORNER:
