A HAYWOOD STREET REFLECTION BY: ADAM

Hi everyone! My name is Adam Windham and I am the new Community Resident Intern! I am originally from Indian Trail, North Carolina. I recently graduated from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, and I majored in Religious Studies and History. In the future, I am looking to attend Seminary to earn a Masters of Divinity and possibly a J.D.

I found out about Haywood Street from a close family friend this past January (2018). I was fortunate enough to visit the Congregation in February and immediately fell in love with this place. I am continually amazed by the Christ-like love that is shown here on a daily basis and have already felt so welcomed by the community. Haywood Street is a shining example of how Jesus urged his followers to spread his message of love and grace. I am so excited and honored to be a part of the community for the next year!
