A HAYWOOD STREET REFLECTION BY: MEGAN

Hi, my name is Megan Odom, and I am the new Companion Coordinator Intern! I am a rising senior at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. I am double majoring in Leadership Management and International Studies. In the future, I hope to get my Master’s in International Development.

I was first introduced to Haywood Street in 2015 through the “Walk for Awareness.” I quickly fell in love with the church as it was the most authentic place of worship I had ever experienced! I feel Haywood Street truly embodies the way Jesus calls us to love and live our lives. This is why I am so honored and excited to be a part of the Haywood Community for the next year!
